Assistant Vice President (AVP)/ Vice President (VP), M&A Advisory – KualaLumpur
We are a fast-growing independentM&A advisory boutique with a strong track record of cross-bordertransactions across Europe-Middle East —Southeast Asia. We pride ourselves ondelivering senior-level attention, bespoke solutions, and independent advice toentrepreneurs, corporates, and investors.
As we expand our coverage in theregion, we are looking for an AVP/VP to play a key role in driving dealexecution and supporting origination, working closely with our directors andpartners.
What Youwill Do
- Take ownership ofend-to-end deal execution, from pitch to closing.
- Build and reviewfinancial models, valuations, and strategic analyses.
- Prepare andpresent client-ready materials (teasers, IMs, decks)
- Work alongsidethe Director to originate new mandates and develop client relationships.
