Job Description
📌 Job Responsibilities:
✨ Build and maintain long-term relationships with emerging, mid-sized, and large corporates to achieve leasing business targets across corporate and cleantech segments
✨ Strengthen existing client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals
✨ Conduct initial risk assessments and negotiate deal terms effectively
✨ Develop strong connections with OEMs, vendors, and other stakeholders through regular interactions
✨ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth deal conversion and timely disbursement
✨ Identify and evaluate deal opportunities to build a strong and healthy business pipeline
🎯 Experience & Qualifications:
✔️ 5–15 years of experience handling corporate clients in a bank or financial institution
✔️ Strong background in Equipment Finance / Leasing
✔️ Qualification in Finance such as CA, MBA, or ICWA preferred
