Assistant Vice President, Employee Benefits (Broking)
We're hiring! We are looking for an Assistant Vice President to join our Health Solutions team in KL, Malaysia. This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from the office.
What the day will look like
Renewal & Remarketing
- Review and negotiate renewal terms with clients and insurers.
- Prepare renewal proposals and conduct claims analysis.
- Lead pre-renewal and renewal meetings with clients to ensure alignment on terms and expectations.
- Draft and finalize Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Present benefits programs to employees, ensuring clear communication and engagement.
Day-to-Day Operations
- Monitor and update employee movement information provided by clients.
- Follow up on underwriting requirements and ensure timely submission.
