Job Summary: This position is to lead strategic growth, project excellence, and thought leadership for the Child Protection, Education & Skilling Strategic Business Unit. The incumbent will be responsible for driving revenue generation through business development, high-quality proposal design, and effective client engagement. The role requires strong expertise in research, monitoring, evaluation, and learning with a deep thematic understanding of child protection, education and skilling.
The individual should have experience in managing multidisciplinary teams in suite of research, evaluation and thematic studies commissioned by range of stakeholders such as philanthropies, multi/bilateral funding agencies and the state.
