We are seeking a motivated Assistant Warehouse Executive to support efficient inventory management and warehouse operations. This role is key in ensuring accurate stock control, smooth coordination of inventory movements, and effective support for procurement and reporting, contributing to overall operational excellence.
Job Responsibilities:
Inventory Management & Control Support and coordinate inventory activities at the company level alongside the inventory team.Review and evaluate Requisition Forms (RF) submitted to the warehouse to ensure purchases are justified based on project needs and stock requirements.Ensure all Purchase Requisitions align with approved RFs and inventory projections (project-based and average company usage).Maintain accurate inventory records by ensuring all stock movements (issue, return, recovery) are properly updated in the system (Task-hub)...
