Job Description
We are seeking an experienced, hands‑on Assistant Warehouse Manager to oversee day‑to‑day warehouse operations, stores and inventory management across our manufacturing facilities.
In this role you will provide direct leadership to a team of 15‑30 supervisors, storekeepers and forklift operators. You will assist the Warehouse Manager in maximizing space utilization, enforcing strict FIFO compliance, driving 5S methodologies and ensuring error‑free outbound dispatches to meet customer timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Inbound Operations
Supervise daily receiving of raw materials, resins, masterbatches, additives and engineering spares against Local Purchase Orders (LPOs). Ensure immediate Quality Control (QC) sampling and prompt logging of Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) into the ERP system.
Layout & Storage
Optimize indoor pallet racking and outdoor yard storage for large‑diameter products.
Inventory Control
