Experience Required
- Minimum 8 years of experience in insurance sales
- Minimum 3 years of experience in team handling and sales leadership roles
- Experience in managing multiple branches, territories, or distribution channels preferred
- Strong understanding of the General Insurance market
- Proficiency in Kannada (spoken) is mandatory
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Zonal Manager in driving business growth and achieving zonal sales targets
- Lead, coach, and develop Area Managers, Territory Managers, and sales teams
- Monitor sales performance and ensure achievement of business objectives across assigned territories
