The Department of Psychiatry at the College of Medicine and Health Sciences (CMHS) at the United Arab Emirates University invites applications for a full-time faculty position at the rank of Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor. The candidate is expected to have a demonstrable capability and experience in the following areas:
1. Teaching and assessing undergraduate medical students at various levels, focusing on psychiatric theory, clinical practice, and behavioural sciences.
2. Coordinating the clinical training of medical students in the affiliated hospitals, ensuring a high standard of education and hands‑on experience in psychiatric assessments, therapeutic interventions, and case management.
3. Providing clinical services at a consultant level at hospitals affiliated with the university, contributing to patient care in the community.
