Assistant/Deputy Manager (Organisational Development & Learning and Development)

As part of the Human Resource & Corporate Communications team, you will support, co‑lead or lead initiatives within the Organisational Development (OD) and Learning & Development (L&D) functions to drive a high‑performing and future‑ready workforce for PSA Marine and its group of companies.

• Support, co‑lead or lead OD programmes and change interventions in collaboration with stakeholders;
• Develop and implement OD strategies, tools, and materials to strengthen organisational capability and effectiveness;
• Champion the Fish! culture through culture‑building initiatives and Fish! workshops, to foster a purpose‑driven and engaged workforce;
