Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients in a friendly manner.
- Manage appointments and perform phone triage tasks.
- Conduct lab work and assist with digital X-rays.
- Work in the laboratory and digital X-ray as well as the practice pharmacy.
- Practice administration (ordering, service recording, billing and insurance clarifications).
- Consultation assistance.
Qualifications
- Completed apprenticeship as an MPA (EFZ) with laboratory and X-ray knowledge.
- Joy and enthusiasm for your profession.
- Friendly manner and high service orientation in dealing with patients.
- Independent, structured and reliable way of working.
- Good IT skills.
- Willingness for emergency duty.
