Your new role
As Legal & Compliance Associate Director for Novo Nordisk Chile, you will lead all legal, business ethics, compliance and quality matters for the affiliate. This is a hands‑on, business‑partnering role where pragmatic advice, sharp risk judgement and a solutions‑oriented mindset will shape how we operate in one of Latin America’s most dynamic markets.
Your day‑to‑day responsibilities will include:
- Providing pragmatic legal, ethics and compliance advice on commercial activities, contracts, corporate governance, digital health, competition law and emerging risks
- Implementing the Global and International Operations Business Ethics Compliance Plan locally, leading training, risk assessments and internal investigations
- Acting as Data Protection Responsible for Chile, overseeing data mapping, risk assessment, breach response and stakeholder engagement
