We are seeking a talented individual to join Marsh TCPR Team. This role will be based in Shanghai / Guangzhou / Shenzhen. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the China insurance industry including knowledge and understanding of Credit Insurance and a strong network of insurance and relevant industry contacts. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

We will count on you to:

  • Develop and maintain deep client relationships by understanding their business models, credit risk exposures, and strategic objectives.
  • Identify, assess, and document client and prospect credit insurance needs and requirements.
  • Manage the business pipeline by identifying, qualifying, and prioritizing credit insurance opportunities aligned with company strategy.
