Accounts Payable (AP) System Data Maintenance
Responsibilities
- Ensure timely, proper accounting and posting of information into the Accounts Payables.
- Provide AP Accounting and Financial Service support to a specified country/location in compliance with the Service Level Agreement.
- Ensure proper and correct integration of data from sub‑system into the General Ledger.
- Perform sub‑ledger pre‑close, financial close and additional year‑end close for a specified country/location.
- Perform Balance Sheet account reconciliation and aging on a monthly basis.
- Support a specified country/location in providing the actual information required for special projects or surveys.
- Provide AP backup support for other pre‑assigned country/location.
- Support the Manager on maintenance of AP policies and procedures for SOX compliance.
