Job Summary:
The Upstate Cancer Center is the Central New York's premier and most comprehensive resource for cancer care. The Associate Administrator-Upstate Cancer Center provides transformational leadership and direct oversight of cancer services and programs with focus on program development and refinement, operational efficiency, seamless patient care and service excellence. The Associate Administrator is a key member of the leadership team and works in close coordination with the Cancer Center Director, multiple physician leaders and hospital administration. This position is accountable to ensure systems of care meet regulatory, quality, and compliance standards of accreditation granting agencies. The Associate Administrator is responsible to assess, direct, and facilitate operations across all Cancer Center locations.
