Job Description
We are looking for an Associate AI Developer to build practical AI applications for our internal users. The role focuses on LLM-powered products, agentic workflows, automation, and MCP-enabled tool integration. You will work closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to move solutions from prototype to production in a fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities
. Build and maintain LLM applications, retrieval pipelines, and workflow orchestration services.
. Develop agentic workflows that use tools, internal data, and APIs to complete multi-step tasks safely and reliably.
. Contribute to MCP servers and tool interfaces that expose internal functions and data to AI systems in a controlled way.
. Work with core agent-system components such as tool calling, prompt routing, memory patterns, structured outputs, and execution tracing.
. Translate business problems into working AI features, prototype quickly, and iterate toward production-ready solutions....
