To ensure effective regulatory, statutory, and secretarial compliance for Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs), Co-Portfolio Management Services, and SPVs in line with applicable laws and governance standards. The role is responsible for timely regulatory filings, stakeholder coordination, compliance monitoring, and supporting smooth operational and investment-related activities while proactively managing regulatory risks and changes
