Job Summary
The Associate, Asset Management will support the asset management team in optimizing the performance and value of a diverse portfolio of assets. This role involves assisting with financial analysis, reporting, and strategic initiatives to achieve investment objectives.
Job Responsibilities- Assist in the financial modeling and analysis of assets, including cash flow projections, valuation, and performance tracking.
- Support the preparation of regular asset performance reports, presentations, and investor communications.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities within the relevant asset classes.
- Liaise with internal teams (e.g., acquisitions, finance, legal) and external partners (e.g., property managers, consultants) to facilitate asset management activities.
