The position involves advising public and private K–12 schools, community college districts, and related entities. The ideal candidate will have experience working with public agencies on issues such as governance, labor and employment, and conducting investigations involving alleged discrimination, harassment, or other misconduct.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Advise district and school administrators on personnel matters, including employee discipline, dismissal, and separation
Assist clients with California Public Records Act responses, Brown Act compliance, and conflict-of-interest matters
