As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join our team in a hybrid position based in Southfield, Michigan. This position is ideal for an entrepreneurial attorney looking to handle complex, high‑value matters in a supportive and collaborative environment.
What You’ll Do
- Handle files during the pre-litigation / investigation phase, often coordinating teams of forensic experts
- Handle matters during litigation, from discovery to trial
- Conduct and defend depositions
- Participate in mediations, arbitrations, and hearings
- Assist with trial strategy, preparation, and trial as appropriate
- Handle matters in other states by means of pro hac vice admission
