Job Description
Responsibilities
- Grow market share of Small Medium Entrepreneur (SME) in the vicinity.
- Market all types of loans focusing on SME – Program Lending Management (PLM) loans (conventional & Islamic) & Asset Based Financing (ABF).
- Grow deposits from both borrowing & non-borrowing customers.
- Conduct all mandatory checks.
- Refer all non-PLM middle market cases to Commercial Banking Centre.
- Prepare, vet & sign Letter of Offer.
- Deliver the offer and upon acceptance send instruction to Credit Operation Department for documentation.
- Follow up documentation & disbursement of loan (conventional & Islamic) & ABF.
- Ensure compliance of conditions precedent.
- Service all existing customers parked at the branch.
- Cross‑sell all Bank/Group products & services.
- Manage newly Non‑Performing Loans (NPL) within approved budget.
