Associate Cabin Crew Rostering

As part of the Cabin Crew Rostering department in the Flight Operations Division, you will support the planning and management of cabin crew schedules. This is a desk‑based operations role where you will work closely with experienced rosterers to ensure that every flight has the right crew, in line with safety, service, and regulatory requirements.

• Help plan and publish cabin crew rosters on a timely basis, following regulatory requirements, service standards, work rules and targets built into the rostering system.
• Assist in pre‑assigning crew duties, flights and training where required. Check for accuracy and perform basic validation to ensure all relevant rules are met before rosters are published.
• Support the team in ensuring adequate crewing on all flights in accordance with safety and service requirements, without violating regulatory or welfare rules.
