The Role:This is an exciting opportunity for a mid-level associate to work on a broad range of high-profile, cross-border capital markets transactions. The successful candidate will play a key role in advising issuers, underwriters, and financial institutions on complex equity capital markets deals, particularly those involving international offerings into the US market.
