Job Description
We’re supporting a high-performing private capital manager on a newly created Associate hire within their Capital Markets team in London. This group sits at the centre of the platform, partnering closely with the investment team on all debt-related activity across the private equity portfolio.
As the firm continues to scale across private credit and private equity, this role has been created to add execution capacity and strengthen the internal capital markets function.
The Opportunity
- Debt execution — running financing processes, sourcing lender terms, and supporting negotiations across portfolio companies
- Debt facility management — refinancing, amendments, covenant monitoring, and capital structure optimisation
- Risk management — supporting FX and interest-rate hedging
