Job Summary
The Associate - Construction Planner will support the Construction Management Team in developing and managing project schedules, allocating resources, and ensuring construction projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify detailed project activities, scope responsibilities, and major milestones of the project
- Perform internal planning for the timely commencement of construction activities and allocation of resources
- Proactively plan and identify resources for smooth execution of construction activities
- Prepare detailed (Level 3) schedules for critical site construction activities for close monitoring
- Evaluate dependencies and sequences of construction activities
