We are currently seeking an Insurance Claims Recovery Specialist to join our Claims Department. As health insurance remains a key strategic focus for the organisation, this role is pivotal in strengthening our Third Party Claims Recovery capabilities and supporting the sustainability of our health portfolio. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing claims recovery efforts, including investigating recovery opportunities, engaging relevant stakeholders, and pursuing recovery from responsible third parties. You will also support service delivery to policyholders through effective subrogation processes.
