ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Monitor daily network and security alerts.

  • Resolve Level 1 and 2 tickets.

  • Deploy routine VLAN and firewall policy changes.

  • Maintain accurate inventory and network documentation.

    • QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • CCNA or Palo Alto Certified Network Security Administrator (PCNSA).

  • ITIL v4 Foundation Certified

  • Candidates who are confident of clearing extensive Background verification till previous Organization only shall apply

    • PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Experience using Netbrain for network mapping.

  • Basic Python scripting for automated checks.
