Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Merchandise & Strategy: Develop and execute effective assortment strategies for live streaming based on the Philippine market trends and consumer demands. Solid e-commerce assortment experience is essential to accurately select winning products and optimize the assortment mix.
2. Account Operations: Take full ownership of the daily operations for the official live stream rooms and key accounts on Lazada, ensuring high-quality livestream and driving GMV growth.
3. MCN & Partner Management: Leverage and expand resources with MCN agencies. Coordinate with internal teams and partners to drive project execution and achieve business goals.
4. Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze live streaming data (traffic, conversion rates, GMV, etc.). Utilize tools like Excel to generate reports and provide actionable insights to optimize performance.
