Job Description

We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking an Associate Contracts Manager for a prominent client of ours. This position is a Hybrid Role in San Francisco, CA 94080. Details of the position are as follows: 

 

Job Description: 

  • Pay: $35.00 - $43.44/hr. to Start!!

  • 3-month assignment, possibility for extension based on performance and budget.

  • Hybrid Role (3 days onsite, 2 days remote), Monday – Friday (8-hour shifts).

  • Position will be mainly responsible for managing the full lifecycle of Material Transfer Agreements (MTAs) and supporting contract administration activities within a research environment.

  • Position will draft, process, track, and manage agreements while coordinating with internal teams, legal counsel, scientists, and external partners.
