Job Summary
- Achieve financial and non‑financial targets by acquiring, growing and retaining profitable CCIB customers within acceptable risk parameters.
- Contribute toward achieving the team and segment’s overall target and delivering optimal portfolio return.
- Collaborate and build effective partnerships with other relationship managers, segment heads, CDD teams, risk, compliance, support functions and product teams.
- Provide direct sales support to the Senior Banker/Banker on all origination activities for the assigned ARB client portfolio.
- Achieve agreed‑upon individual financial and non‑financial targets while contributing to the team’s overall deliverables.
