Lead and inspire art teams across digital, social, video, and integrated campaigns .
Own the visual quality and craft of all deliverables across platforms.
Translate brand and business objectives into compelling visual narratives .
Drive concepting for pitches, key campaigns, and new business.
Oversee multiple projects, timelines, and team allocations.
Ensure brand consistency and excellence in design execution .
