Job Description
Staff is required to travel to Lahad Datu (LDU) branch when any LDU staff is on AL/BL/MC/EL for more than 3 days. Thus, it is not a fix norm for travelling. This is to support LDU branch customer service daily routine work, such as servicing customer and agent over the counter, attending customer and agent enquiries, assist backend processing, etc.
Staff can claim mileage and accommodation will be provided as per staff handbook guidelines.
About the Job
To provide one stop value added service to customers and agents in line with the organisation’s direction towards unconventional servicing.
- Administrative and Operation of Customer and/or Agent Service Section, attending to New Business, Customer Service, Life & Health Claims enquiries and requests timely and accurately.
