We are looking for an Associate, Customer Service in Malaysia to support our customer engagement efforts by delivering exceptional service across phone, chat, and email channels.

Who You Are
- At least a bachelor’s degree or diploma holder in any related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service/support role.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
