Job Description
Satram Dass B & Co., New Delhi, is looking to hire an Associate Advocate for its litigation practice.
The role is suited for a law graduate with approximately 2–3 years of post-qualification experience and prior exposure to litigation, legal research, and drafting work before the Supreme Court, High Courts, tribunals, or other judicial forums.
The candidate should possess:
- Good legal research and drafting skills
- Ability to assist in preparation of petitions, applications, written submissions, and legal opinions
- Serious interest in litigation and court practice
- Good communication and analytical abilities
- Ability to work in a professional and deadline-oriented environment
Prior exposure to commercial litigation, constitutional matters, arbitration, insolvency, or regulatory litigation will be an advantage.
