As a member of the Digital Tax team, you will help transform and automate business processes and shape the future of digital tax solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders across project phases to identify process improvements and conduct risk management checks.
- Take ownership of learning and improving technical skills, and contribute to system design, implementation, and documentation.
- Participate in project planning and execution, ensuring objectives are met.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Provide training on digital tools, skillsets, and processes, and mentor team members.
- Offer L1/L2/L3 support to end‑users, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to knowledge bases.
- Deliver high‑quality work aligned with project scope, schedule, and budget.
