Role Overview
IE University’s Asset Management and Planning group is looking for a Associate Director (Temporary) to coordinate course calendars and planning across academic departments, support faculty assignments, and optimize scheduling processes. This temporary position covers a maternity leave and is based in Madrid (IE Tower and María de Molina).
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the course calendar and structure with Programme Management.
- Develop and implement programme guidelines.
- Support professors’ assignation process together with the Area Directors.
- Gather professors’ preferences and indications.
- Plan and schedule the IE business programmes.
- Analyze activities and implement solutions for process optimization.
- Monitor day‑to‑day scheduling changes.
- Oversee the correct course performance.
- Inform students about agenda adjustments.
