EY Capital & Debt Advisory is seeking a Leveraged Finance Associate Director to join its market leading team to support with deal execution and deal origination. The team is award winning, having recently been named Global Capital Debt Advisor of the year for 2026 and has a strong reputation, regularly closing high profile transactions. It advises sovereign, private equity, corporate, not for profit and entrepreneurial clients on debt‑related matters, including refinancings, acquisition‑related financings, leveraged transactions, finance raisings and amendments, and currently has a healthy book of live deals and near‑term opportunities. ...
