Associate Director – Capital Project Strategy & Delivery
Amgen, a leading biotechnology company, is looking for an experienced Associate Director to join the Project Controls organization within Amgen Capability Center Portugal (ACCP). The role focuses on building and leading a new global capability that improves the predictability, visibility, and performance of capital equipment delivery across Amgen’s project portfolio.
What You Will Do
- Build and lead the Strategic Equipment Delivery workstream within Project Controls, including governance, stakeholder alignment, and scalable ways of working.
- Lead the workstream to improve the predictability and visibility of end-to-end capital equipment delivery across Amgen’s global project portfolio.
