Associate Director - Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor - Construction Management

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Associate Director Cost Manager and/or Quantity Surveyor to lead cost management services for a key client or a portfolio of clients. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of services, while effectively managing both internal and external stakeholders.

The role will support a a diverse portfolio of projects across sectors including data centers, high-tech and manufacturing, commercial, and other mission-critical environments. It requires strong leadership, commercial acumen, and the ability to drive consistent, high-quality service delivery.
