Job Brief
We are seeking a strategic, hands‑on Head of Risk Modelling to lead our consumer lending risk modelling initiatives. This role combines data science, risk strategy, and business impact, driving scalable, automated, and explainable modelling frameworks that directly influence credit acquisition, retention, and profitability.
You will lead a talented team of data scientists and engineers to design, deploy, and continuously optimise models that power our credit products, enhance decision‑making, and ensure a healthy risk–reward balance across markets.
Job Responsibilities
- Architect and own the end‑to‑end modelling roadmap for consumer credit scenarios, including acquisition and growth scoring, fraud detection, new‑to‑credit scoring, limit pricing, behavioural, and collection models.
