Role Summary and Impact
As part of the Global Operations Centre (GOC), you will work closely with teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia to deliver high‑impact solutions in a collaborative, multicultural environment. We are looking for an Associate Director Cross channel who will do:
- Client & Channel Leadership – Act as the lead and primary point of contact for key digital marketing channels—including Search, Social, Programmatic Buying Units (PBU), Ad Operations, or Commerce (all or a couple of them). Represent the Global Operations Center (GOC) in all channel‑wise agency/market interactions, ensuring expectations are managed and consistently met.
