Job Description
Data & Analytics is a key enabler of HK Retirement’s growth, member engagement, and enterprise value creation. This role leads the end-to-end delivery of data solutions and analytics, bridging data across enterprise functions to generate actionable insights, drive opportunities, and support strategic initiatives including data platform transformation.
Position Responsibilities:
Lead design, development, and optimisation of scalable data assets (data marts, pipelines, and models) ensuring quality, governance, and usabilityDrive integration and utilisation of data across enterprise functions to enable holistic member analytics and opportunity identificationTranslate business priorities into actionable analytics use cases with measurable impactDeliver advanced analytics and insights (e.g. segmentation, propensity, engagement drivers) to support member penetration and sales opportunitiesPartner closely with stakeholders to define ...
