Associate Director / Director, Private Equity Fund Accounting (Singapore)
We are working with a leading global fund services provider that supports top-tier private equity, venture capital, and alternative investment managers worldwide. As part of their continued expansion in Singapore, they are seeking a high-caliber professional to join their Private Equity Fund Accounting team at the Associate Director or Director level.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the delivery of fund accounting and administration services for a portfolio of Private Equity clients, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Lead and mentor a team of fund accountants, providing guidance, training, and performance management.
- Review and sign-off on financial statements, capital call and distribution notices, management fee and carried interest calculations, and other investor reporting.
