Responsibilities:
1. Financial Strategy & Leadership:
Act as a strategic partner to the VP - Finance in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. Lead the implementation of financial strategies to support the company's growth objectives. Provide timely and insightful financial analysis to senior management to aid in key business decisions. 2. Financial Reporting & Compliance:
Oversee the preparation of all financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Indian GAAP. Ensure the integrity of financial data across all systems and processes. Lead the development and maintenance of robust internal controls and accounting policies. 3. Audit & Risk Management:
