Salary: $74,000 - $85,000 per annum

Position Title: Acting Associate Director of Programs, Hamilton (12 month contract)

Reporting to: Director of Programs

Position Summary

The Associate Director of Programs plays a crucial role in our organization, providing strategic leadership and oversight for all program-related functions. This individual will drive the development and delivery of high-quality services and programs, ensuring they align with Today’s Family’s mission, vision, values and our commitment to EDIB principles. The Associate Director of Programs will also be responsible for financial planning, operational planning, people practices, workforce development, pedagogical focus, and curriculum development within the organization.
