Responsibilities
- UW case handling in accordance with RGA standards, philosophy, and guidelines.
- Contribute to and/or conduct client meetings, trainings, audits, forums, seminars, and other events with internal or external clients.
- Provide on‑site underwriting support for cases when necessary.
- Render prompt, efficient, and courteous services to clients and ensure timely and quality service standards are met.
