Responsibilities:
Manage, lead and deliver their departments workloads on all projects utilising members of their team, on time and on budget.Liaise with the Regional Director on preparation of the annual Business Plan and Sales Forecast.Liaise with the Regional Director and Administrator on monthly invoicing ensuring that sales targets are met.Carry out their departments PDR’s and have regular ‘one to one’ discussions with team members.
