A leading global investment and technology-driven firm is seeking an experienced legal professional to join its Legal & Compliance team in Hyderabad.
This is a senior leadership opportunity for a lawyer with strong experience in commercial contracting, trading documentation, and team management, looking to play a strategic role within a global legal function.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, mentor, and expand a high-performing legal team supporting global stakeholders.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements, including licensing agreements, SaaS contracts, trading documentation (ISDA, GMRA, repos, confirms), NDAs, and vendor contracts.
