Your Role Includes
- Lead the national Medical Education strategy, establishing a long‑term vision and roadmap aligned with global and therapeutic area priorities.
- Manage and develop a team of Medical Education Managers, fostering growth through structured onboarding, coaching, and continuous development.
- Design and implement enterprise‑wide frameworks for needs assessment, content development, channel selection, and program evaluation.
