Leadership & Team Management:
● Provide strategic leadership to junior associates, consultants, and interns, ensuring effective management and mentorship.
● Align team efforts with ESSC’s Core Values, Vision, and Business Goals.
● Develop and implement team-building initiatives to maintain high morale and a collaborative work environment.
● Set performance metrics for the team and ensure timely reviews and feedback sessions.
● Enforce adherence to ESSC’s policies, professional ethics, and industry best practices.
