Lead a team of project engineers supporting operations across all P&WC product families. Define and achieve product requirements for projects. Ensure product safety remains a top priority at all times. Lead multidisciplinary teams to achieve KPIs such as weight, cost and reliability, while meeting requirements from other organizations. Lead substantiation and validation activities required to meet type‑certification requirements. Ensure commitments, budget tracking and resource planning are met. Qualifications
